This conference’s held by Vice Secretariat of Argentine Investment and Development Business and Argentine Consulate General in Shanghai. And Philo Francesco, who is Argentine consulgeneral in Shanghai, hosted this conference. The guests participating this conferenceare Dr. Faustino Sinyre, Director of Argentine State Scientific and Technological Committee, as well as Mr. Adolfo Cerioni, Commissioner of Coordination Office of Argentine state Agricultural and Technological Institute, Dr. Santiago Vera, who is Commissioner of Coordination Office of Argentine state Scientific and Technological Committee, Dr. Xu Zuxin who is Deputy Director of Shanghai Scientific and technological Committee and many representatives from Argentine and Chinese enterprises.
