Attorney Zhao Ningning is admitted to be the Fellow of IAML, who is the first fellow from P.R. China mainland.

IAML is a worldwide association of practicing lawyers who are recognized by their peers as the most experienced and skilled family law specialists intheir respective countries.

IAML was formed in 1986 to improve the practice of law and administration of justice in the area of divorce and family law throughout the world.

IAML Fellows are able to provide legal advice to clients and other lawyers on family law issues in their own jurisdictions and where international issues arise

Since 1986, IAML has grown steadily, both in terms of the countries represented and the overall membership. The number of countries now represented is 51 and IAML has over 700 Fellows. IAML currently has 3 regional Chapters:a USA Chapter with over 310 Fellows from 40 states; a European Chapter withover 230 Fellows from 29 different countries; and a Canadian Chapter with over50 Fellows. More than 100 IAML Fellows practice in countries spread throughout the rest of the world.
