The Permanent Bureau of the HagueConference on Private International Law (HCCH) through its Asia Pacific Regional Office, held a global conference on the recovery of child support and family maintenance in University of Hong Kong from 9 to 11 November 2015. Ningning Zhao(Claudia Zhao), Partner of Jincheng Tongda & Neal Shanghai Office, joined the conference and made a presentation on Enforcement Experience in Child and Family Maintenance in China.

Around 200 participants including governmental officials, Judges, lawyers, NGO representatives, professors from China, America of United States, the United Kingdom, France, Canada, Japan, Republic of Korea, Germany, Australia, Brazil, Poland, Malaysia, India, Chile, Sri Lanka joined this conference.

The conference was jointly sponsored by the HCCH and the Department of Justice of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, in collaboration with a number of other partners.
