Attorney Zhao Ningning Joined the “CROSS-BORDER FAMILY LAW MATTERS AND THE WELL-BEING OFTHE CHILD: ASIA PACIFIC PERSPECTIVES”

“CROSS-BORDERFAMILY LAW MATTERS AND THE WELL-BEING OF THE CHILD: ASIA PACIFIC PERSPECTIVES”  had been successfully hold at Renmin University of China on 13thMay, 2014. Attorney Zhao Ningning was invited to join this conference with professors, scholars, judges and lawyers, from America, Britain, Australia,Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong etc,. In the International Conference Attorney Zhao discussed about the issue of the child’s welfare in Asia Pacific region at theHague conference on private international Law with all participants from different countries and regions.

The professionals attending the conference are the Representative of Hague Conference onPrivate International Law Asia Pacific Regional Office, the professors from Renmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law,Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Wuhan University, Anhui University,Chinese University of Hong Kong, Judge Wu Xiaofang from the Supreme People’sCourt of PRC, the First Secretary of Hague Conference on Private InternationalLaw, the Judge of Britain Court of Appeal, USA Special Advisor for International Children’s issues, the Director of Hague Convention in Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Representative of Korea Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Family Judge of Hong Kong, the Senior Family Judge in Singapore District, the Family Judge Australia, the Professor of University of thePhilippines, the Lawyers from all the world.

Atbeginning of the International Conference Mr. Anselmo Reyes ,the representativeof Hague Conference on Private International Law Asia Pacific Regional Office, professorof Hong Kong University as well as former Judge of Hong Kong High Court , Mr.Huang Jin, the president of China Association on Private International Law,  president of China University of Political  Science and Law and Mr. Han Dayuan, the president of Renmin University of China Law School made opening speeches respectively.

Then the representatives made speeches on the issues of cross-border child, they are professor Louise Ellen Trize who’s the First Secretary of Hague Conference on Private International Law and Professor of Roger Williams University Law School, Judge Lady Justice Jill Black who’s the Judge of England & WalesCourt of Appeal and Former Family Judge of High Court, Ambassador Susan Jacobswho’s USA Special Advisor for International Children’s issues, Judge Sharon Melloy,a Family Judge of Hong Kong, Mr. TatsushiNishioke, the Director of Hague Convention in Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Judge Valerie Thean who’s theSenior Family Judge and Juvenile Justice Judge of Singapore District, ProfessorElizabeth Aguiling-Pangalabgan from University of the Philippines, Ms.Anne-Marie Hutchinson, the chief Family Lawyer of UK, Attorney Dennis Ho, a SeniorFamily Lawyer of Hong Kong.

 This International Conference was concludedfruitfully, which aroused judges, professors, scholars and lawyer from different countries and regions, to pay more attention to issues of child’s welfare in Asia Pacific region at the Hague conference on private international Law
