The Third Conference of ShanghaiProcedural Law (hereinafter referred to as the seminar) was hosted by ShanghaiProcedural Law Society and Shanghai Higher People’s Court, and sponsored byEast China University of Political Science and Law.

The topic of the conference is“Procedure and Justice”. And theconference had got a positive respond andsupport from all fields of Shanghai procedure law. They came from ShanghaiPeople’s Court at all levels, Procuratorate, Security Public Bureau, JudicialDepartment, Academy of Social Science, East China University of PoliticalScience and Law, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, ShanghaiUniversity of Political Science and Law etc.

The article of “Research on theImprovement of Civil Procedure” written by Attorney Zhao Ningning was awardedthe excellent article by the Conference. From the view of judicial practice,Attorney Zhaoput forward suggestions and opinions on  improvement of the Chinese civil procedure.
